Bamboo fly boxes with custom laser engraving. Available as part of an ultralight backpacking kit from Backpacking Light in the Spring of 2010.

The Backpacking Light Ultralight Fly Fishing Kit (UFFK) was developed through years of refinement by Ryan Jordan while trekking through the backcountry of Yellowstone in search of trophy trout. The kit is fine-tuned for the backpacking fly fisherman that is serious about lowering pack weight, and is suitable for both traditional, and Tenkara-style fly fishing. Combined with Backpacking Light's Tenkara Hane Fly Rod, this kit offers the backpacker the lightest possible fly fishing kit.

The kit Includes:

- An ultralight lanyard pouch designed specifically for the kit components;

- A miniature handcrafted bamboo fly box filled with two dozen premium quality Tenkara flies;

- Two 30m spools of Frog Hair Tippet (5x & 6x);

- Backpacking Light's premium fly floatant packaged in its own ultralight MiniTube container;

- Two dozen non-toxic split shot packaged with Backpacking Light's own MicroDrop Split Shot Dispenser;

- Two YarnLite strike indicators;

- One pair of miniature ultralight hemostats for removing hooks and crimping split shot;

- Ultralight Nippers for trimming tippet;

- MicroZip license holder.
