Tiger maple, otherwise known as curly maple jewelry box with purpleheart, ebony and bubinga inlay. Ebony splines reinforce mitred corners. Dovetailed purpleheart drawers are lined with black microsuede and padded ring bar. Drawers have maple adjustable dividers and hardwood runners to keep drawers in line. Hand made maple pyramid pulls for the top and drawer. Finished with black analine dye and hand rubbed polyurethane. Analine dyes are available in a number of colors and allow the wood to be colored without hiding the natural figure of the grain.
