Rocking Chair

This rocking chair is a reproduction of a Stickley original. It is made from quartersawn white oak. The rockers are made by using a laminating technique in which thin strips of wood are glued together and attached to a form. Made with mortise and tenon joinery which features through tenons on the arms. The seat is made from deer hide. It is finished with hand rubbed tinted oil.
